Pelagia Marine Services Pvt. Ltd. (PMS) was founded in 2014 by two Master Mariners with over 25 combined years of sailing experience across tankers, bulk carriers, dredgers, offshore vessels and container ships — all graduating from the world-renowned T.S. Rajendra maritime institute.
